Friday Night: Prosecco & Arm Knitting Beginners Arm knitting

Knit a throw Workshop with Sophie Hale of A Boat Full of Wool

Friday 3rd April (Date to be rearranged due to Covid 19)

The Wonderful Sophie Hale, from A Boat Full of Wool, is back... ...and just in case you may have run out of fun things to do in Henley on a Friday night, we're holding a fantastic Arm Knitting Workshop, with a glass or two of Prosecco at the Studio!

Learn how to knit a gloriously snuggly, arm knitted, throw using gorgeous soft chunky yarn and just your arms! Style up your home with your newly Arm knitted blanket, perfect for any interior, great to snuggle under on the sofa. These workshops are suitable for complete beginners - absolutely no knitting experience needed.

The workshop includes 2 Kg of Vegan, giant yarn which makes a throw or blanket approximately 24" wide X 67" in length. Sophie can source some beautiful and vibrant colours - all you need to do, is ask her in advance about the colour choices available. It's possible to make a whole throw in the workshop and if you'd like to make another one, you'll be provided with a really useful info. sheet to remind you of what you've learnt on the workshop!

Age 18+ (no exceptions) Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For any questions about this workshop, please email Sophie at:

PLEASE NOTE: as of March 2020 we have had to add VAT to all our prices - to minimise this added expense for you, we have lowered our workshop and course prices before added the 20%. This means the prices are a little bit higher, but we (the school and tutor) have absorbed some of the extra cost. We apologise for the slight price increase.
