Longhorn Cattle

The gloriously beautiful and docile Longhorn cattle from The English Farm in Oxfordshire are the superb models for this session and are all set to captivate you as well as challenge your drawing skills!

Our tutor Holly Surplice is a bit of a bovine drawing wizz and will be guiding you with hinds and tips as you draw-along to pre-recorded videos and stills that she has captured herself whilst visiting the farm especially for this session. This is a real draawing treat with this more unsual breed of cattle - their charming characters and gentle nature has meant that we've got some beautiful close up and intimate footage for you to draw from. This lovely herd is frassfed 365 days of the year on beautiful organic pasture so a gloriously happy and healthy bunch they are indeed!

These sessions are open to all, we are a friendly and inclusive bunch at HSA and welcome artists of all levels and experience. The beauty of these online sessions is that you are working within the comfort and privacy of your own home - there is no pressure to show your work if you don't want to.
