If you fancy a unique and inspiring way to spend your early May Day bank holiday weekend then, the Henley Arts Trail may be just what you are looking for : a vibrant, inspirational celebration of art & creativity.
Founded in 2006, The Henley Arts Trail was set up to showcase the amazing talent in the area. It's gone from strength to strength and now shows the work of over 200 creatives in 34 venues. Follow the map to discover hidden treasures and stop for refreshments along the way in beautiful settings many of which are not usually open to the public.
From Artists' Studios & village halls to vineyards & museums, a stately home, a distillery and the world famous Leander Club right next to the bridge in Henley. You can meet creatives at every stage of their careers showing their work - from established professionals, with years of experience, to newcomers showing their work for the first time.
Discover the inspiration behind their work, the techniques used and buy direct from the makers. From paintings, prints and photography to sculpture, ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles and everything in between!
And of course, don't forget to visit ME! Number 8 on the Trail, I can't wait to see you there!

This year I am VERY excited to be the COVER STAR of the Oxfordshire Art Weeks Guide for the whole of Oxfordshire (that's a LOT of Artists to choose from!) - it's quite something seeing my drawing replicated in brochure, poster and online everywhere - I could get used to this!
I will be back exhibiting in Watlington (South Oxfordshire), for my 4th year, with the absolutely brilliant textiles Artist Harriet Riddell (www.institchyou.com) and ceramic and wire Sculptor James Ort (www.jamesort.co.uk) . We'll be at venue number 328 - 12 Watlington High St. every day apart from the Monday 12th (check the listing here for more info.)
