Is there anything better than a bit of Unguided Life Drawing?  We don’t think so... Getting lost in a drawing can be a unique & wonderful thing - we can offer you that opportunity every Thursday evening at The Henley School of Art! These sessions are for artists of all levels to come and draw, unhindered and in whatever medium/style/calibre they choose! There's no tuition so there's complete freedom...

We provide a fantastic model, equipment, refreshments & a glorious creative atmosphere in our wonderful little studio in the heart of Henley. Our terms last 10 weeks, Subscriptions are available (offering one free session & a guaranteed easel) or you can just drop in!

These sessions are available in two formats:

'Drop in' at £18 per session, no need to pre-book, just turn up with cash/card and we'll try and find you an easel and a space!

(Be warned - latecomers may be disappointed as these sessions can sometimes get quite full).

'Subscriber' £162 for the term payable in advance (you get one session free!) (ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLACES NOW SOLD OUT FOR THIS TERM)

Benefits of being a Subscriber: a guaranteed easel, one session free and the weekly impetus to keep coming!

N.B. We only have 7 Subscriptions this term, if you are interested in Subscribing please book soon to avoid disappointment.

All levels are most welcome. 

Age 17+ (no exceptions)

Places are non-refundable and non-transferable.

COVID PRECAUTIONS: We ask that you please  wash/sanitise your hands regularly throughout the sessions - the wearing of masks is not required, but it is preferred. The studio space is vigorously cleaned before & after all sessions during this time.

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please don't risk the health of others, please refrain from coming to the studio (no matter HOW much you want to draw).

We hate being this strict - but we'd hate anyone to come to any harm and we'd also hate to have to close the school again!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING:

IF YOU HAVE TO MISS A SESSION

Due to an extremely small admin team, the time it takes up and the financial difficulty it causes the HSA, we are unable to offer refunds / transfers to another session / gift vouchers for orders made in error, changed plans or a changed mind. Please bear this in mind BEFORE placing an order.

We are unable to offer refunds / transfers to another session / gift vouchers for forgotten/missed sessions which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the extremely rare case where a refund is issued there will be a service charge taken for our time and the payment/booking charges we have incurred.

If it's our fault:

If you're unable to attend the session through a mishap/error on our part, we will make sure you are provided with a voucher to attend any forthcoming sessions of the same type - alternatively we will issue a refund or find another solution.

The income from all our sessions is used to pay for our brilliant tutors, models & photographers, the rent on our studio, overheads and of course to pay the salaries of the hard working folk behind the scenes.
