Well, Lockdown has certainly kept our Life Drawing tutor Jo busy with her online sessions, but now it's time to get back to what she loves best - teaching in the studio!
These classes are designed to be a fun way to get into (or even back into) the practice of drawing from life - one of the fundamental cornerstones of ALL artistic practice.
Jo incorporates exercises, techniques and methods that have been used for 100's of years but in an environment of fun and in classes designed to bring out the very best drawings in you. Please be reassured, all levels are most welcome, even people who are convinced they can't draw - we'll soon get that bonkers notion out of you!
Jo has her team of dynamic male & female models at the ready, as well as inspiring music and her knowledge as a tutor, with over 25 years of Life Drawing experience.
These classes will never have more than 6 students per group in order to keep the classes socially distanced as well as intimate and lively. There's no need to bring anything - all materials are provided.
As with all our courses this term, spaces are EXTREMELY limited, please don't hesitate if you'd like to sign up for this course - the places don't hang around for long!
Age 17+ (no exceptions)
Places are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Covid 19 precautions:
For now, these classes will not have more than 6 students per group - in accordance with social distancing, we need to make sure there will be enough space between easels, tutor and model to ensure we adhere to the safest possible guidelines. The studio will provide masks, hand steriliser and of course: good old fashioned soap and water. We will have sterilising wipes on hand to wipe everything down and we, as a school, will be hyper vigilant in making sure all equipment as well as the studio is cleaned diligently after each class/studio use.

All our tutors are self-employed which means that if a student cancels, the tutor loses out. We ask that you make extra sure that you are able to make the dates of this course before booking as we regret, we are unable to offer refunds.
